WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your products will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed but we always aim to ship as quickly as we can, on the same day if possible.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. 

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia wide. Standard shipping costs $9.90. Express shipping costs $14.90.

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

From the date of dispatch:

Please note these deliveries are for metro areas. Regional areas may take another day or two, depending on the delivery location.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email from us with your tracking number and a link to track your order, plus additional updates on your delivery from Australia Post.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Please return your un-used goods with the packaging and order paperwork so we can arrange an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
