WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, and I always aim to ship as quickly as possible, on the same day if possible.

2027 PLANNER PRE-ORDERS

2027 Signature Weekly Planners are available for pre-order, with dispatch expected in early December 2026.

If your order includes a planner and other products, everything will be shipped together when your planner is ready. If you need another item sooner, please place a separate order.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. 

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia wide. Standard shipping costs $9.90 and express shipping costs $14.90.

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping, with the option to upgrade to express shipping for $5.

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

From the date of dispatch:

 

Please note these deliveries are for metro areas. Regional areas may take another day or two, depending on the delivery location.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email from us with your tracking number and a link to track your order, plus additional updates on your delivery from Australia Post.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Please return your un-used goods with the packaging and order paperwork so we can arrange an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
