WHAT ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE OF?

Our candles are made with:

  • 100% cotton wicks which are lead and zinc free
  • 100% soy wax which is made from 100% natural, plant based products and is vegan and non-toxic
  • Premium fragrance oil

HOW CAN I BURN MY CANDLE SAFELY?

We recommend you follow our safety instructions which you can read here. This will also ensure you get the longest burn-time out of your candle.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CANDLE TUNNELS?

One way to try to correct this issue is to use aluminium foil to trap the heat inside the container which will help to melt the wax on the sides of the jar.

To do this, light your candle and then wrap some foil around the jar and extend the foil wrap higher than the jar, creating a space above the flame. Leave a hole above the flame a few centimetres wide to allow air to get in. Allow your candle to burn for a few hours until the entire top surface has melted and smoothed out before removing the foil.

Be very, very careful when handling your lit candle and the foil which can get hot very quickly.

HOW CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD?

Digital gift cards can be redeemed in our shop online at ribbongangco.com.au.

When you purchase a Ribbon Gang Co. gift card, you will receive an email containing a digital gift card with a unique code which you can forward to the gift recipient.

When you (or the gift card recipient) are ready to make a purchase, you will be given the option to redeem the value of your gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.

The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Please return your un-used goods with the packaging and order paperwork so we can arrange an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
